New Employee Onboarding
As part of my culminating experience at Arizona State University, I developed a training module for HAPI, an ad agency located in Phoenix, Arizona. The training module targeted new employees joining the agency and provided information surrounding the company structure, culture, and more job-specific duties through an interactive module created with Articulate Rise.
Program Evaluation Report
As part of an instructional module designed for an ad agency in Phoenix, a post-course survey was designed and deployed to participants of the module. Data collected from the survey was analyzed in the form of a program evaluation report. This report informed readers about the overall user satisfaction and made recommendations for future iterations of the training module. Literature Review
Utilizing appropriate research techniques and resources, this literature review was written to highlight instructional methods to support young readers in learning the phonemes of the English language. Research surrounding differentiation, gamification, and cooperative learning provided the basis of this literature review.
